4. Fraud prevention
We use a multi-layer approach to protect advertisers and honest publishers:

- Device fingerprinting, duplicate checks and lead validation (email, phone, address).
- Conversion-time analysis (CTIT) and post-conversion quality feedback from advertisers.
- Manual reviews of traffic sources, creatives and landing pages, with spot checks and screenshots.
5. Data protection & consent
Partners collecting personal data must provide a clear privacy notice, obtain valid consent where required (including TCPA-compliant consent for calls and texts in the US), honour opt-outs and handle data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. Enforcement
If we detect a violation we may, at our discretion: pause campaigns; reject, reverse or withhold commissions for affected conversions; claw back previously paid amounts; terminate the account; and cooperate with advertisers, platforms or authorities. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal from the network.
