1. Who we are
LeadNX Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates leadnxmedia.com and provides performance marketing and media buying services. For personal data collected through this Website and our business relationships, LeadNX Media is the data controller. Where we process lead data on behalf of an Advertiser, we act as a processor on that Advertiser’s instructions.
2. Data we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as name, business email, company, phone number and messenger handle (Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp).
- Business information such as offers, traffic sources, budgets, GEOs and payment details for publishers.
- Any content you send us through forms, email or chat.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and timestamps.
- Cookie and tracking data as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Campaign tracking data (click IDs, sub-IDs, conversion events) used to attribute and pay for conversions and to prevent fraud.
Lead data
When users submit forms on landing pages we run for Advertisers, we may collect the data requested on those forms (for example name, email, phone, ZIP code) and pass it to the relevant Advertiser in line with the notice and consent shown on that page.
3. How we use data
- To respond to enquiries and provide, manage and improve our Services.
- To onboard, verify and pay publishers and invoice advertisers.
- To track, attribute and report campaign performance.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing messages (you can opt out at any time).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests (running and securing our business, preventing fraud, B2B marketing); your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies, certain marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share data
We do not sell personal data collected through this Website. We share data only with:
- Advertisers, for lead data you submit on their campaigns, as disclosed at the point of collection.
- Service providers such as hosting, email, CRM, tracking platform, analytics, payment and anti-fraud vendors, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Professional advisers, authorities or courts where required by law or to protect our rights.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our business relationship plus the period required for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes (generally up to 6 years). Website enquiry data that does not lead to a relationship is deleted within 24 months.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and monitoring to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email privacy@leadnxmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information collected through this Website. To submit a request, contact privacy@leadnxmedia.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics and campaign tracking. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
12. Children’s privacy
Our Website and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated date.
